The plans for Empire House include the development of 29 micro units which have received planning consent together with a new build rooftop extension of nine units which is awaiting consent. In addition there will be retail use at ground floor level.
As part of the comprehensive redesign, the new modern façade will complement local architecture and significantly improve the street scene of Empire Way.
