A forward-looking, mixed-use residential and commercial redevelopment scheme on the site of a derelict 1960s office building on Woolwich Road.

London Green developed these proposals by working closely with the local community and architects Chassay and Last in order to dramatically improve the otherwise vacant site to create 73 residential apartments, underground car parking and a commercial unit at ground floor level.
