The office building leased to the DWP fronts the Broadway in Bexleyheath. London Green sought and received planning permission to convert the building into residential units and was enhanced by additional accommodation at roof and ground levels.
Despite London Green’s intention to build out this consent, the site was sold to a special purchaser.
