Liddon Road Sells Out

Situated on Liddon Road in Bromley, our 28 unit scheme of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments has recently sold out.

The development is a showcase of London Green’s compact living product, with units ranging from 330 to 675 sq ft in size, many of which with generous sized private external amenity space.

The design team used the former factories high ceilings to their advantage, creating mezzanines within the existing buildings envelope where possible, as well as taking a considered approach to the unit layouts to make best use of the light and space in order to deliver space saving and open plan living.

Liddon Road is the first of hopefully many developments which we will carry out within the Borough of Bromley over the coming years.
