Planning submitted at Mitre Wharf
London Green, along with our joint venture partner Prospect Capital, are pleased to announce the submission of our planning application for the redevelopment of Mitre Wharf in West London.
Our proposals will transform this underutilised canalside site into a high quality, sustainable scheme comprising 148 new homes and c. 7,000 ft2 of flexible commercial and leisure space, together with outdoor water-side amenity and play spaces.
Mitre Wharf is located within the Old Oak and Royal Park Development Corporation (OPDC), a 650-hectare regeneration area in West London. The OPDC intends to transform one of London’s most inaccessible areas into a world-class transport interchange, where HS2 meets the Elizabeth Line at the Old Oak Common Station. With aspirations of 25,500 new homes and 65,000 new jobs to be created within the OPDC, Mitre Wharf represents one of the very first sites to make this vision a reality.
With special thanks to Quod, Goldstein Heather, London Structures Lab, Integration, K2 and the rest of our professional team.
