Small Sites Division

In a departure to its main business of developing large scale residential schemes across London and the Home Counties, London Green has re-launched a division foscused on smaller-scale developments of up to 10 units.

The small sites division have already acquired three properties to kick-start the venture including a 3,000 ft2 office in Tunbridge Wells, 2,500 ft2 in Crystal Palace and a listed manor-house in High Wycombe – all to be converted into boutique residential developments.

We are actively seeking further opportunities both with and without the benefit of planning consent with a particular focus on London and the South East.
