Harry joined London Green in 2019 as Head of Strategy and Development. He has over six years’ experience in project management and consulting, working for both public and private sector clients. Harry recently completed his MBA at London Business School, alongside which he worked in proptech and strategy consulting, and also holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
James joined London Green in 2008 and is responsible for all finance and planning functions, being involved in all decision making affecting every aspect of the company’s business and being instrumental in the company’s growth and journey to becoming a thriving SME.
Philip established London Green in 1998 and has, over the years, been involved in over 50 developments ranging from single units to multiple apartment blocks. His particular expertise lies in the design and architecture of each project together with building long-term relationships with a wide range of professionals and funding institutions.
Harry joined the London Green team in August 2018 and is responsible, together with Joe, in identifying sites suitable for residential development which meet London Green’s acquisition criteria and taking them through to planning. Harry also assists in the due diligence process prior to acquisition and conducts both on site and financial appraisals to evaluate the site’s potential and profitability.
Harry has a First Class Law Degree from The University of Birmingham and is currently undertaking his masters in Real Estate at the University of Reading.
Steph has been working in Finance since 2003, gaining experience in Accounts Payable, Credit Control and Financial, Planning and Analytical. Prior to working at London Green, she worked at NHS Property Services as a Property Analyst and Mapeley Estates as an Analyst. Steph is currently working towards her Level 3 in AAT.
